Italian semi-hard cheese

A noble semi-hard cheese with aging period of 4 months. Soft and balanced flavor of the cheese hides summer aroma of meadow grass. It has dense texture with regular eyes and thick crust.

Ingredients: normalized pasteurized milk, thermophilic direct-set starter culture, milk-clotting enzymes of animal origin, natural enzyme of animal origin Lysozyme, salt.
